Marcela is our inaugural OHS Graduate, completing our 6-month program. Her journey with us will conclude in May, and she is ready to secure an in-house safety role. Our commitment to work-life balance remains a top priority. Many of our team members found their balance by taking extended holidays over the Christmas period. Additionally, some chose to swap Australia Day for a day of personal significance using our Public Holiday Swap program, promoting individual well-being and fulfilment.
