To fulfill the requirements of the Online Safe Workstation Setup module, you will be required to complete the following stages:
- Stage 1: Safe Workstation Setup Training Module slideshow (below); followed by,
- Stage 2: An Online Assessment and a Workstation Equipment Requirements questionnaire (if a requirement for workstation equipment is identified when completing the module).
Stage 1 will provide you with an understanding of what safe workstation setup looks like – this may be completed at any time. Stage 1 should not take you longer than 10 minutes to complete.
If you are completing this module as part of your induction, a formal training requirement, or, to make requests for workstation equipment, you are required to complete both Stage 1 and Stage 2.
Please note, that if you exit this module before completing all of Stage 2 – no record of you commencing this module will be made. All information provided by you will be lost, and you will be required to commence the module at the beginning on any future attempts. To complete Stage 2, log out by selecting the “Log Out and Exit” button that is available after the Module Evaluation Survey. Stage 2 should not take you longer than 5 minutes to complete.
