Delivery: You will receive your orders within 5 days. Time-frames will depend on stock levels, orders received and when you place your orders.
Prices: All prices are inclusive of GST.
Delivery: All orders will incur a $11.95 delivery fee.
Returns: Returns will only be accepted if we are advised and a Return Authority has been given within 7 days of the delivery. A restocking fee of $19.95 or 20% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater will apply. An additional fee of $9.95 will apply if the goods are returned by our carrier. Obviously, if it is our error then none of these fees will apply.
Warranty: If a product is faulty or damaged, Action OHS Consulting is to be notified, by telephone or email, within 3 days of receipt. All warranties outside of this time-frame are between yourself and the supplier. The supplier for each product is listed under the description for each item.
